Facilities & Venue Support Assistant (Festive Temporary Contract)

This is a temporary position starting 7th November and running until approximately 21st December 2025.

Shifts will include evenings, weekends and busy event dates.

We're looking for a Facilities & Venue Support Assistant to join our hard working team at Founders Hall in Manchester City Centre over the festive season.

You’ll play a vital role in keeping our venue clean, safe and welcoming for guests, supporting both Front of House and Back of House operations during our busiest time of year.

What a Facilities & Venue Support Assistant does

• Maintain restroom facilities to a high standard, checking and replenishing toilet rolls, soap and bins throughout service
• Keep public and guest areas clean, tidy and well-presented at all times
• Support the Front of House team with glass collecting, table clearing, topping up drink stock fridges and maintaining overall venue presentation
• Assist the Back of House team with cleaning duties and dishwashingTake pride in the cleanliness and presentation of the venue, ensuring guests always have a great experience
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure Founders Hall runs smoothly during peak festive events

• You're reliable, proactive and have a great eye for detail
• You take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
