Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Cleaner – Healthcare in Stevenage to deliver high-standard cleaning within a healthcare environment and to meet SLA agreements while adhering to cleaning schedules.

The role is permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) with a 2:00pm–10:00pm shift, located at Herts HPFT NHS, Lister Hospital, Stevenage. Join a team committed to safety, quality and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience, especially healthcare, is desirable.
• Able to follow schedules and use own initiative.
• Familiar with cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals.

We're looking for a Cleaner – Healthcare who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour

Position Type: Permanent

Type of Employment: Full Time

Hours: 35 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (2:00pm to 10:00pm)

Location: Herts HPFT NHS, Lister Hospital, Coreys Mill Lane, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, England SG1 4AB

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure all cleaning equipment is clean, well maintained, and safe to use
• Follow all Health & Safety and Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental procedures
• Build positive relationships with customers and deliver excellent service
