Job summary

Buzz Bingo in Bristol is seeking a Specialist Cleaner & Customer Assistant for a 20-hour contract to keep our clubs clean and welcoming for Customers. Availability between 8am and 3pm, including weekends, is required to support daily operations and events.

You will clean multiple areas of the Club, follow COSHH and health and safety rules, and help create a safe, enjoyable environment for gaming across all channels. Join us and contribute to a high-standard venue.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in routine cleaning work.
• Good knowledge of cleaning materials.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Able to perform physical aspects of the role.
• Collaborative and supportive team player.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the full range of cleaning duties on a day-to-day basis as directed by Club management.
• Adhere to COSHH regulations in relation to the use of chemicals.
• Use cleaning equipment, both manual and electric, responsibly and within Health and Safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional relationship with Customers and Colleagues.
• Ensure a safe gambling environment across all channels; online, in club and live.

Join us as a Specialist Cleaner & Customer Assistant in our Bristol Fishponds Club offering a 20 Hour contract. Please ensure that you have availability between 8am and 3pm when applying for this role, which does include weekends.

The Role You ll Play

As Specialist Cleaner, you provide an effective and efficient cleaning service in our Clubs, to provide Customers with a clean gaming environment and to make sure we comply with our standards of cleanliness. This covers all areas of the Club, including the foyer, reception, book sales, machines area, bar area, main hall, toilets and Bingo Garden.
