Job summary

Part-Time Cleaner at Northampton College, Booth Lane, Northampton, NN3 3RF. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 06:30am - 09:30am, for 15 hours per week with pay of £12.71 per hour. Enhanced DBS with child barring is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general cleaning duties across the college.
• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, and communal areas.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting all surfaces.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Cleaning desks, chairs, and other furniture.
• Washing and disinfecting sinks, toilets, and restroom facilities.
• Replenishing consumables such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
• Cleaning doors, windows, and touchpoints as required.
• Responding to any immediate cleaning needs or spillages.
• Maintaining high hygiene and safety standards at all times.
