Job summary

SBFM is recruiting a part-time cleaner for our retail environment in Witney. The role offers training and development, with a uniform, products and equipment provided. Shifts are 09:00–14:00, Monday to Friday, in a proactive, customer-facing store setting.

Experience is preferred but not essential; we invest in your training and development, with access to education opportunities for future progression. Benefits include 28 days of annual leave (pro rata) and pension scheme, with overtime

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Courteous to customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of store floors by vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces to keep a tidy environment.
• Remove litter and ensure outdoor areas are clean.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and break areas.
• Restock supplies such as toilet rolls, soap and hand towels.
• Follow safety and cleaning protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of store floors by vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces regularly to maintain a tidy atmosphere.
• Removal of litter and ensuring outdoor areas are clean.
• Clean and sanitize all sanitary facilities, including restrooms and break areas.
• Restock supplies such as toilet rolls, soap, and hand towels.
• Follow safety and cleaning protocols.
