Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Cleaner to join our pub team. You’ll help maintain spotless guest areas, back-of-house spaces and public places, ensuring a comfortable experience for guests.

You’ll work with a friendly team, focusing on attention to detail and guest friendliness, and you will be trained to cover shifts as needed. We offer flexible and part-time hours, a supportive environment, and employee benefits within an award-winning local pub company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleanliness standards across public areas, back-of-house and guest spaces.
• Assist with cleaning duties as directed by supervisors.
• Support the wider pub team to ensure a welcoming, well-presented environment for guests.
• Manage your time effectively to cover shifts and peak periods.
• Contribute to a positive and safe work atmosphere.
