Job summary

Isco Estates ltd is seeking an experienced cleaner to join our growing property management team. The role covers areas such as Wigan and all parts of Merseyside, with a focus on the Wirral, and involves regular on-the-road cleaning across multiple properties.

The position is initially part-time with the potential to become full-time as the company grows. You will perform fortnightly communal cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleans, and report maintenance issues with before-and-after photos.

Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning experience is essential.
• Reliable, thorough and able to work independently.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willing to travel between properties.
• Able to provide before-and-after photographs and report any maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Fortnightly communal cleaning at 1 HMO property.
• Fortnightly cleaning at one apartment building.
• Approximately one end-of-tenancy clean per week.

• National Minimum Wage per hour.
