Job summary

Compass Group PLC is recruiting a part-time Cleaner to join our Defence, Government and Energy services teams. The role involves 20 hours per week, with relief coverage as needed, supporting safe and hygienic environments for clients and customers.

As a Cleaner you will perform a range of duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, sanitising touchpoints, and restocking supplies, with a flexible hands-on approach and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Working with cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic.
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard.
• Ensuring surfaces, floors and touchpoints are sanitised regularly.
• Carrying out additional cleaning duties as required, including spill response.
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste.
• Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies.

We're currently recruiting a part time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams for Defence, contracted to 20 hours per week. • Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies.
  Have brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a hands‑on role
• Have had cleaning experience in a similar role, although this is not essential
• Have a flexible approach to working
