Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a part-time Cleaner to join our team in the United Kingdom. The role runs on Wednesdays, 12:00-17:00, with overtime for sickness cover and holidays in the surrounding area.

You will help keep workspaces tidy and safe, ensuring floors and communal areas are clean. You may interact with customers and must complete health and safety records and attend training courses when required.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Experience in cleaning is advantageous but not essential.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks are important.

• Tidying work areas, cleaning floors and communal spaces.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, empting bins and related duties.
• Assist customers if needed during regular interactions.
• Complete Health & Safety records and attend required training.

As a Cleaner at OCS, you will play a crucial role in providing safe, clean environments in which our customers can thrive in their workspaces.

Key responsibilities

• Tidying up work areas, cleaning floors and communal areas.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins and other tasks as required.
• You may come into regular contact with customers so you must be able to assist them if needed.
• You must complete all relevant Health & Safety records and attend training courses when needed.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria

• You must have Right to Work in the UK.
• A background in cleaning would be advantageous.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.

Due to the nature of this role, you will need access to a smartphone that can support our approved work applications for tasks such as clocking in and out (if you are required to use our time and attendance system for your role), viewing schedules, completing training and receiving work-related communications.
