About the role

We are looking to further develop our onsite cleaning business, with the selected candidate becoming a key member in delivering an apartment cleaning and laundry service to our residents and the wider community.

7 day rota including evenings and weekends. Shifts include :

6am – 12pm, 12pm – 6pm

About You

We are looking for people who have experience in providing a high quality cleaning service and have a good understanding of health and hygiene regulations.

Reporting directly to the manager of the service, the ideal candidate will be professional and approachable.

Playing a major role at our Oakland Village, our cleaners will be highly valued members of staff, responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Trident Group has over 60 years’ experience of delivering homes, services and innovationfor up to8,000 people in over 3,600 homes in some of the most disadvantaged communities in the Midlands. The Group employs more than750 staff, works with over 150 volunteers and provides training places and apprenticeships for many more. The Group consists of
  • Trident Housing, which provides landlord services for the Group in respect of housing management and maintenance
  • Trident Reach, which is a registered care and support charity delivering person-centred care and support services. These services include supporting people within registered care, domiciliary care, people with learning difficulties, those with mental health needs, young people at risk, older people, BME groups, people at risk of being homeless, those seeking employability, education and training opportunities and those fleeing domestic abuse.
