Job summary

SBFM is recruiting a Cleaner to maintain clean, safe, welcoming environments at our Toll Bar Road location in Sunderland. The role focuses on delivering high standards of hygiene and customer service within a fast-growing facilities management company.

Hours are 9 per week with shifts Thursday 16:00–18:00 and Sunday 11:00–14:00. Training will be provided, and there are opportunities for progression and ongoing development within the business.

Location: Toll Bar Road, Toll Bar Retail Park Ryhope, Sunderland, SR2 9TH

Hours: 9 hours per week

Shift Pattern:
Thursday 16:00 to 18:00 and Sunday 11.00am - 14.00

Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour

About the Role

As a Cleaner, you'll help create safe, clean and welcoming environments for our customers by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Your responsibilities will include:

• General cleaning of customer premises
• Cleaning floors, glass, washrooms and shower facilities
• Replenishing consumables, including toilet rolls and hand soap
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Following all health and safety procedure

You'll be:

• Reliable and punctual

• Keen to learn and develop within a growing business

Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
