Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust seeks a Cleaning Operative to cover Long Term Sick at Boots in Spalding. This part-time role is 9.5 hours per week with shifts 07:00–08:30 Mon–Fri and 07:00–09:00 Sat, at Boots, Spalding, Lincolnshire.

You will maintain cleaning equipment, follow safety requirements and SLAs, and work with the team to deliver excellent service while staying reliable and flexible.

We are looking to recruit a Cleaning Operative to cover Long Term Sick in Spalding.

In your new role as a Cleaner you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role. You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations. In order to be successful in this role you will need to have the ability to communicate and read basic English, previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential and have a flexible approach to the role. You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined. You'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
