Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a part-time Cleaner to deliver high cleaning standards at Boots, The Royals Shopping Centre in Southend-on-Sea. You will follow cleaning schedules, meet SLA targets, and work with a team to provide excellent customer service on-site.

The role requires basic English, reliability, and a proactive, flexible approach. Prior cleaning experience is welcome but not essential, with training provided to ensure safety and quality.

We're looking for a Cleaner who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 7.5 hours per week
Location: Boots, Unit 2 The Royals Shopping Centre, High Street, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, England, SS1 1DE

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
