SBFM in Southampton, SO16 6TP, is hiring part-time cleaners to join our team. Morning and evening shifts are available, with weekend options as posted, and full training will be provided upon onboarding.

Experience is welcome but not essential; we invest in your development, supply uniforms and equipment, and support your progression through education opportunities within the company.

• 19:00 - 22:00 Monday to Friday (15 hours per week) - Evening

About The Role

Shift Details

• 06:00 - 09:00 Monday to Friday (15 hours per week) - Morning
• 19:00 - 22:00 Monday to Friday (15 hours per week) - Evening
• 08:00 - 12:30 Saturday & Sunday (9 hours per week) - Weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all changing rooms, showers, and restrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including the reception and workout spaces.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop all floor areas.
• Restock supplies such as toilet rolls, soap, and hand towels.
• Removal of litter.
• Follow health and safety guidelines when using cleaning supplies and equipment.

The Candidate

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is desirable, but not essential.
• An enthusiastic and energetic team player.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Polite and courteous to all staff and customers.
• Eager to exceed expectations and grow within the company.
