Job summary

Compass Group UK in Rugby is recruiting a part-time Cleaner to join the 14Forty cleaning team. The role is contracted to 30 hours per week with morning shifts, Mon–Fri. You will help deliver clean, safe environments for clients and customers across our venues.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a flexible approach to working shifts. Prior cleaning experience is welcome but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning is a plus but not essential.
• Mornings shift pattern requires reliability and punctuality.
• Flexible approach to working across the week.

Responsibilities

• Work with cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments clean and hygienic.
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard.
• Ensure surfaces, floors, windows and touchpoints are sanitised regularly.
• Carry out additional cleaning duties as required, including quick spill cleanups.
• Empty and dispose of bin waste appropriately.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies.

We're currently recruiting a part time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams for 14Forty, contracted to 30 hours per week. As one of our dedicated Cleaners, you will help to deliver on our promise to always create the best and brightest experiences for our clients and customers. If you're a committed Cleaner looking for a role you'll shine in, we've got the position for you.

Here's an idea of what your shift pattern will be:

• Mon: Mornings
• Tues: Mornings
• Weds: Mornings
• Thurs: Mornings
• Fri: Mornings

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies.

Our ideal Cleaner will:

• Have brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a hands-on role
• Have had cleaning experience in a similar role, although this is not essential
• Have a flexible approach to working
