Thrumpton Primary Academy was last inspected by Ofsted in April 2026 and was judged to be at the ‘expected standard’ in all categories of inspection.
Ofsted noted that ‘there are very strong and positive relationships between staff and pupils’ and praised how the ‘pupils treat each other with kindness and respect.’
The academy was commended for being ‘tenacious in seeking solutions to the challenges that pupils and their families face’ while continuing to ‘ensure that the curriculum meets the needs of each group of pupils.’
