Job summary

Apleona is seeking a Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of our client's premises in Reading (RG1 1AX) on a zero hour contract. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with a range of cleaning materials and tools to meet BICS standards.

Ideal candidates will have excellent customer care, Maths and English skills, and flexibility to cover shifts. BICSc qualification is desirable; we offer full training, equal opportunity employment, and access to benefits.

Qualifications

• BICSc qualification desirable.
• Experience with cleaning industry colour coding.
• Flexibility to cover holidays and absences.
• Maths and English skills, with good spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the client’s premises to high standards.
• Clean using a range of tools and materials in line with BICS standards.
• Support the team during absences as required.
• Provide excellent customer care on site.

  We’re currently looking to recruit a Cleaner who will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our client’s premises to the highest levels. Your tasks will include general cleaning of the client’s environment using a range of tools and materials to a level in accordance with BICS standards.

  As an Apleona Cleaner, we’re looking for:

  • Excellent customer care skills
  • BICSc qualification (desirable)
  • Experience working with cleaning industry colour coding
  • Flexibility to support the team during absence and holidays etc
  • Ability to work alone when required
  • Maths and English skills, speaking English to a good standard
