Job summary

Serco is seeking a cleaner for the Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC) to keep dispersed properties clean, safe, and welcoming for people seeking asylum across multiple sites in Worcestershire. You will travel between sites using a company vehicle and support residents by maintaining high cleanliness standards.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week with flexible hours between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, and a salary of £27,300 plus a company van and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience cleaning domestic properties or similar environments.
• A valid UK driving licence is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
• Good communication and basic IT skills.
• Reliable and proactive with pride in delivering high standards.
• Experience cleaning larger or shared households is an advantage.

Responsibilities
