Job summary

14Forty is seeking a part-time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams in Norwich. This role is 10 hours per week, with afternoon shifts, supporting us to deliver bright experiences for clients and customers. You will be part of a dedicated team helping to maintain safe and hygienic environments for our sites.

The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, hands-on and flexible. Cleaning experience is welcome but not essential, as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning roles preferred but not essential.
• Able to work 10 hours per week with a flexible, afternoon shift pattern.
• Capable of maintaining hygienic, clean environments to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Work with cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic.
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping and vacuuming designated areas.
• Ensure surfaces, floors and touchpoints are sanitised regularly.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as needed and mop up spillages promptly.
• Empty and dispose of bin waste and monitor supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies.

Ideal Cleaner

• Have brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a hands-on role
• Have had cleaning experience in a similar role, although this is not essential
• Have a flexible approach to working
