Poltronesofà S.p.A. in Basildon is seeking a part-time Cleaner to join our showroom team and keep the store clean, tidy and welcoming for customers and colleagues.

The role involves about 6 hours per week, with a focus on sustaining a neat, safe environment that enhances the shopping experience. Candidates should have cleaning experience, take pride in their work, and be able to work independently with reliability and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming store environment
• Cleaning all bathroom facilities including sinks, toilets, urinals and floors
• Monitoring stock levels of soap and toilet paper and replenishing as needed
• Cleaning kitchen surfaces, sinks, worktops, floors and windowsills
• Hoovering all floors to keep them presentable for customers and colleagues
• Carrying out other cleaning duties as required
• Helping ensure showroom remains warm, friendly and safe for everyone

We're looking for a Cleaner to join our store team and help us keep our showroom clean, tidy and welcoming for our customers and colleagues.

This role would be working 6 hours per week, perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys making a space look its best.

As our Cleaner, you'll play an important part in creating a warm, friendly and safe environment for everyone who visits or works in our store.

What does the role involve?

• Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming store environment
• Cleaning all bathroom facilities, including sinks, toilets, urinals and floors
• Monitoring soap, toilet roll and tissue paper dispensers, ensuring stock levels are maintained and replenished when needed
• Cleaning kitchen surfaces, including sinks, draining boards, worktops, floors and windowsills
• Hoovering all floors to ensure they are clean and presentable for both customers and colleagues
• Carrying out any other cleaning duties in keeping with the general nature of the role
• Helping to ensure our showroom is a warm, friendly and safe environment for everyone
