Job summary

Compass Group UK is hiring a part-time Cleaner to join the 14Forty cleaning and facilities team at a client site. The role covers 17.5 hours per week with a set morning pattern and a focus on delivering hygienic environments for clients and customers.

You will dust, sweep, mop and vacuum to a high standard, sanitise touchpoints, and handle routine cleaning tasks as part of a hands-on, flexible role. Brighter career prospects and training are provided by a leading facilities group.

Responsibilities

• Work with cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments hygienic for clients and customers.
• Dust, sweep, polish, mop and vacuum designated areas to a high standard.
• Regularly sanitise surfaces, floors, windows and touchpoints.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as needed, including quick spill clean-ups.
• Empty and dispose of bin waste; monitor and restock cleaning supplies.

Job description

We're currently recruiting a part time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams for 14Forty, contracted to 17.5 hours per week. As one of our dedicated Cleaners, you will help to deliver on our promise to always create the best and brightest experiences for our clients and customers. If you're a committed Cleaner looking for a role you'll shine in, we've got the position for you.

Here's an idea of what your shift pattern will be:

• Mon: Mornings
• Tues: Mornings
• Weds: Mornings
• Thurs: Mornings
• Fri: Mornings

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies.

Our ideal Cleaner will:

• Have brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a hands-on role
• Have had cleaning experience in a similar role, although this is not essential
• Have a flexible approach to working
