Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Cleaner to join our team and help maintain clean, inviting spaces across our pubs. You’ll contribute to a comfortable guest experience with strong attention to detail and a friendly, professional demeanor.

You’ll work as part of a dynamic pub team with flexible and part-time hours, backed by a reliable hours contract and opportunities to grow within the business.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming public areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Clean and prep areas to meet health and safety standards.
• Interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Support the team with daily cleaning tasks and routines.
• Prioritise tasks to ensure smooth service flow.
