Job summary

Corus Consultancy is seeking cleaners to maintain high hygiene in living and working areas, kitchens, and bathrooms. The role involves dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, restocking supplies, and basic maintenance. You will ensure MSDS compliance and monthly deep cleaning, with an ASAP start.

Applicants should be prepared to perform routine sanitation tasks and maintain cleanliness standards across the site. Training will cover safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning agents.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping surfaces in living/working areas, bathrooms and kitchens.
• Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Washing kitchen napkins, floor rags and dusters.
• Maintaining cleaning products and ordering new supplies when necessary.
• Taking out the garbage.
• Carrying out minor maintenance tasks such as replacing toilet seats and unclogging sinks.
• Conducting monthly disinfection and deep cleaning.
• Maintaining MSDS sheets and adherence to universal precautions.

Cleaner duties and responsibilities

Cleaners are expected to fulfil certain duties and responsibilities.

• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping surfaces in their work area including living/working areas, bathrooms, kitchens and supply closets
• Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels)
• Washing kitchen napkins, floor rags and dusters
• Maintaining cleaning products and ordering new supplies when necessary
• Taking out the garbage
• Carrying out minor maintenance tasks such as replacing displaced toilet seats, unclogging sinks
• Conducting monthly disinfection and deep cleaning
• Maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) and compliance with universal precautions.
