Job summary

Compass Group PLC UK&I is hiring a Cleaner to join 14Forty on a full-time basis in Manchester. The role involves maintaining clean, safe and welcoming spaces for clients and visitors, with shift pattern Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

You will work with our cleaning and facilities teams to uphold high hygiene standards, supporting operations and customer experience across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard.
• Sanitising surfaces, floors, windows and touchpoints regularly.
• Mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently.
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste; restocking cleaning supplies.

About the role

We're currently recruiting a Cleaner to join 14Forty on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, days.

You'll keep our spaces clean, safe and welcoming, making a real difference to everyone who works in or visits them.

What you'll do

• Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies

About you

Our ideal Cleaner will:

• Have brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a hands-on role
• Have had cleaning experience in a similar role, although this is not essential
• Have a flexible approach to working
