Randstad CPE is seeking a Welfare Cleaner for a construction site in Littlehampton, West Sussex. The role offers flexible 5-hour shifts Monday to Friday, with start times between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM and weekly pay options.

You will clean welfare facilities, maintain canteens and toilets, and ensure hygiene standards on site. A CSCS card, full PPE, and right to work in the UK are required; previous welfare cleaning experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Full PPE (steel toe-cap boots, high-vis vest/jacket, hard hat, gloves).

Responsibilities

• Regular cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining site canteens, drying rooms, offices, and toilet/shower facilities.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying waste and recycling bins daily.
• Monitoring and restocking welfare consumables (hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, hand sanitizer).
• Deep cleaning high-touch surfaces to ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Keeping site office and canteen areas tidy and presentable.

Job Title: Welfare Cleaner

Location: Littlehampton, West Sussex (BN17)

Start Date: Tuesday, 6th October 2026 (Immediate Start)

Contract Duration: Ongoing / Long:Term

Working Hours: 5 Hours Per Day (Flexible shift within 8:00 AM : 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate: GBP13.50 : GBP15.00 per hour (dependent on pay type)

About The Role

We are urgently recruiting a reliable Welfare Cleaner for an ongoing position on a construction site in Littlehampton, starting today, Tuesday 6th October 2026.

This role offers great flexibility:you will work 5 hours per day, and you can choose your exact shift times anywhere between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (e.g., 8:00 AM : 1:00 PM, 9:00 AM : 2:00 PM, or 11:00 AM : 4:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities

• Regular cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining site canteens, drying rooms, offices, and toilet/shower facilities.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying waste and recycling bins daily.
• Monitoring and restocking welfare consumables (hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, hand sanitizer).

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card (Required or preferred for active site welfare cabin access).
• Full PPE (Steel toe:cap boots, high:vis vest/jacket, hard hat, and gloves).
• Previous experience in commercial, industrial, or construction site welfare cleaning.
• Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Local to Littlehampton or with reliable transport.
• Right to work in the UK.

Working Hours and Benefits

• Hours: 5 hours per day (flexible options between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
• Start Date: Today, Tuesday 6th October 2026.

• Fast, weekly pay via PAYE, Umbrella, or CIS options.
