Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking reliable Evening Cleaners in Leyland for school and commercial premises. You will work in teams of two or three to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across sites.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, approximately 16:30 - 22:30, with driving responsibilities to travel to sites in company vehicles. A full driving licence and the ability to pass a DBS check are required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning tasks including floors, surfaces, toilets, and communal areas.

• Drive company vehicles to and from cleaning sites (full driving licence required).
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all sites.

About the Role:

We are seeking reliable, motivated individuals to join our commercial cleaning teams. Roles involve cleaning schools and commercial premises, working in teams of two or three, and ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general cleaning tasks including floors, surfaces, toilets, and communal areas
• Follow cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used correctly
• Drive company vehicles to and from cleaning sites (full driving licence required)
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all sites

Requirements / Skills:

• Full driving licence required
• Be willing to undertake a DBS check
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
• Reliable and punctual

Pay Rates (from April):

• Cleaner: £12.71 per hour

Travel Arrangements:

Staff start and finish at the company office and travel to cleaning sites in company vehicles as part of the role.
