Job summary

Mitie is seeking a part-time Cleaner for the Co Op site at Leeming Bar, DL7 9AT. The role involves keeping equipment clean and well maintained, adhering to SLAs, and following Health and Safety rules. Shifts are 7:00–9:07 on Monday and 7:00–9:00 Tuesday to Friday, totaling about 10.07 hours per week.

In your new role as a Cleaner, you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out, and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role successfully. You will be required to work within a team and can work under your own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

To be successful in this role, you should have the ability to communicate and read basic English.
