Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in Leeds is seeking a reliable Cleaner to join our team at Holt Park Leisure Centre. You will help ensure the centre is clean, safe and ready for customers each day, maintaining high standards throughout all areas. Full training will be provided.

The role is permanent part-time, 20 hours per week, with shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 05:00 to 09:00 and 12:00 to 18:00. Pay is £12.71 per hour. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean changing rooms, showers, toilets and public areas to a high standard.
• Carry out daily cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, dusting and waste removal.
• Replenish consumables such as soap, paper towels and toilet rolls.
• Use cleaning equipment safely and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow cleaning schedules, site procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Work as part of the cleaning team to deliver excellent standards and customer service.
