Job summary

Marston’s is looking for a Cleaner to join our pub team. You’ll help finish the guest experience with high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail, in a friendly, professional environment where guests feel welcome.

No previous experience is required; everything else, we’ll teach you. You’ll enjoy flexible, part-time hours, a reliable hours contract, meal deal on shift, shopping discounts and a supportive team that values your contribution.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning in hospitality or similar environment.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills and guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the venue.
• Assist with cleaning duties in all areas as required.
• Ensure guests experience a clean and welcoming environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily targets.
• Manage workload and time efficiently to support busy periods.
