Job summary

Thorn Baker FM is recruiting a reliable cleaner to join our client’s cleaning team based in Southampton, SO30. You will perform general cleaning tasks in a warehouse environment, including sweeping, mopping and waste disposal, with duties in toilets and staff areas.

The role runs Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 18:00 at £12.71 per hour, with weekly pay. Applicants living nearby are preferred; immediate start is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning roles such as office, warehouse or communal areas.
• Reliable and trustworthy with good attendance.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clear a warehouse environment, sweeping and mopping floors and emptying waste.
• Clean toilets, staff room areas and back of store.
• Clean changing rooms and keep floors obstacle-free.
• Operate floor machines to maintain clean, debris-free surfaces.
• General cleaning of the building throughout the shift.
