Qualifications

• Physical fitness is essential as the building is large and requires moving around.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Previous cleaning experience is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces throughout the premises.
• Clean toilets, floors, staircases, and offices to high standards.
• Empty bins and sanitize touchpoints and surfaces.
• Follow health and safety procedures and wear provided PPE.

Hours: 37.5 hours a week

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday or Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include a range of cleaning tasks, including

• Mopping, vacuuming, and dusting operational floors and cleaning postal internal frames
• Cleaning toilets, floors, staircases, and offices
• Emptying bins and sanitising surfaces
• The candidate should be physically fit, as the size of the building requires a significant amount of walking.
• Warehouse experience would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
• Must have the ability to read and follow written instructions as well as verbal instructions.
• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling, but don’t worry—we’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

• Able to work independently and manage their own time
• Comfortable communicating with customers and managers
• Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
• The candidate should be physically fit, as the size of the building requires a significant amount of walking.
