Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team at Exeter Law Courts, Southernhay Gardens, Exeter, Devon EX1 1UH. As a Cleaning Operative with Sodexo, you will play a key role in ensuring our facilities remain clean, safe, and presentable at all times. This is an essential role that requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Contract and hours

15 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, 3:30pm–6:30pm. Pay: £12.39 per hour. Contract type: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out cleaning duties across the designated area, including offices, corridors, washrooms, kitchens, and other communal spaces.
  • Ensure cleaning standards are maintained and meet client expectations.
  • Follow the cleaning schedule to ensure all areas are attended to promptly.
  • Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor.
  • Maintain health and safety standards in line with company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
