Job summary

Greene King’s Chef & Brewer venue is seeking a dedicated cleaner to join our friendly team. This part-time role offers three or four shifts per week, with early morning hours Monday to Sunday, keeping the pub and hotel clean, tidy and welcoming for guests.

You’ll follow safety procedures, maintain high standards, and support the team with a positive, can-do attitude. English language skills are essential to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Qualifications

Job Description

Part Time Hours, three or four shifts/week

Hours of work will be a variations of shifts:

06:30 - 08:30 / 9:00 - 14:00 Monday to Friday

08:30 - 09:30 / 10:00 to 14:00 Saturday & Sunday

As a Cleaner, you’ll make sure everything in the pub and the hotel is clean, tidy, and ready for us to welcome our customers. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Qualifications

As a Cleaner, you will...

• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety by following procedures at all times.
• Be responsible for cleaning and presenting our public areas perfectly so they are ready for our customers.
• Make sure the hotel is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

• A great eye for detail, making sure our public areas are spotlessly clean.
• A passion for maintaining high standards.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
