Job summary

Precision Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a reliable Site Cleaner for a busy construction project in the DE65 area. You will attend site Monday to Friday for 2 hours in the afternoon, totaling 10 hours per week, to maintain hygienic offices, welfare facilities and communal areas.

Responsibilities include cleaning kitchens, canteen, toilets, sweeping, mopping, waste disposal, restocking supplies and keeping the site clean under the direction of Site Management.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience.
• Experience on construction sites is advantageous but not essential.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Good attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and must use initiative while unsupervised.
• Working references ideally from previous jobs.

Responsibilities

• Clean site offices, welfare facilities and communal areas.
• Clean kitchen and canteen areas.
• Clean toilets and washroom facilities.
• Sweep, mop and general cleaning duties.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and consumables are stocked where required.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and hygienic working environment.
• Carry out cleaning duties as instructed by Site Management Team.

• Working hours - 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday - 10 hours paid per week

• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Ensuring cleaning supplies and consumables are kept stocked where required
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and hygienic working environment
• Carrying out all cleaning duties as instructed by the Site Management Team
