Job summary

Scotsman Group is looking for dedicated Cleaners to join our hospitality venues across Scotland, including bars, restaurants, and hotels. You will help maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.

Full training will be provided. You should be hardworking, reliable and able to work early mornings, evenings or weekends as required. Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail to ensure spotless spaces.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of all areas within the venue.
• Ensure restrooms, kitchens, and public areas are kept clean, well-stocked, and maintained to a high standard.
• Regularly sanitise high-touch surfaces to maintain hygiene.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish according to venue guidelines.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to the management team.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and store cleaning equipment safely.
• Assist in any deep cleaning tasks or specific projects as needed by the venue.

The Role:
