What you'll do:
Carry out all cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor/manager, ensuring adherence to cleaning schedules, client policies, and COSHH regulations.
Wear company uniform and personal protective equipment at all times while on duty, and follow the site’s colour coding policy for cleaning tasks.
Use the cleaning methods outlined in Sodexo's training tools and report any faults with cleaning equipment or machinery to the supervisor.
Report building defects and near misses promptly to the cleaning supervisor or General Services Manager, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Attend any required job-related training and fulfill any reasonable management requests to support site operations.
What you'll bring:
Maintain high levels of personal hygiene and appearance, with a positive approach to learning and identifying personal training needs as appropriate.
Demonstrate self-motivation, a flexible approach to the role, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team while adhering to all Health & Safety practices.
Possess good interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff, ensuring a high standard of service excellence.
Utilize cleaning experience and Health & Safety training to perform tasks safely and efficiently, delivering service excellence at all times.
Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and consistently strive to meet and exceed service expectations, ensuring a professional and effective approach.
