Job summary

Rank Group is hiring a Cleaner to keep our venue spotless, safe and welcoming for every guest. You’ll maintain high cleaning standards, work around sessions and customer flow, and follow clear procedures to keep everyone safe.

You’ll bring attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work at pace. Full training provided; prior cleaning experience helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, hospitality or leisure is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
• Able to work at pace while maintaining quality standards.
• Good timekeeping and reliability are important.

Responsibilities

• Keep venue spotless, safe, and welcoming for every guest.
• Maintain high cleaning standards across front of house, back of house and restrooms.
• Reset areas quickly to fit around sessions and customer flow.
• Follow health & safety, COSHH and hygiene procedures; report hazards promptly.

As a Cleaner, you’ll play a key role in making sure our venue looks great and feels comfortable for every guest. You’ll maintain high cleaning standards, work efficiently around the venue, and follow clear procedures to keep everyone safe.

Your Impact

• Venue presentation: maintain high cleaning standards across front of house, back of house and restrooms, ensuring a great first impression.
• Service support: reset areas quickly, keep walkways clear, and ensure cleaning tasks fit smoothly around sessions and customer flow.
• Safety & compliance: follow health & safety, COSHH and hygiene procedures; report hazards and incidents promptly.
• One-team mindset: communicate clearly with colleagues and support where needed to keep operations running smoothly.
