Job summary

OCS is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to help provide safe, clean environments in our clients’ workspaces in Burnham-on-Sea. The role covers tidying, vacuuming, mopping and waste management, with early shifts 06:00–09:00, Monday to Saturday.

The ideal candidate will have right to work in the UK, preferably a cleaning background, and strong attention to detail to ensure thorough task completion. A smartphone and access to our time/communication apps are required.

About The Role

Working Pattern

Monday to Saturday - 0600-0900

As a Cleaner at OCS, you will play a crucial role in providing safe, clean environments in which our customers can thrive in their workspaces.

Key responsibilities

• Tidying up work areas, cleaning floors and communal areas.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins and other tasks as required.
• You may come into regular contact with customers so you must be able to assist them if needed.
• You must complete all relevant Health & Safety records and attend training courses when needed.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria

• You must have Right to Work in the UK.
• A background in cleaning would be advantageous.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.

Due to the nature of this role, you will need access to a smartphone that can support our approved work applications for tasks such as clocking in and out (if you are required to use our time and attendance system for your role), viewing schedules, completing training and receiving work-related communications.
