Job summary

Ark Tindal in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated cleaner to join our cleaning team. You will help maintain a safe, inviting and hygienic environment for staff and pupils by performing routine cleaning duties and covering for staff absence when needed.

As part of Ark Schools, you’ll join a supportive two-form entry primary school with a strong focus on wellbeing and professional development, contributing to a positive, inclusive learning experience for all.

Qualifications

  • Experience in cleaning in a school or similar environment is desirable.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and cover for staff when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the school clean and hygienic for staff and pupils.
  • Ensure the academy remains safe, inviting and well-presented.
  • Provide additional support or cover for staff absence on ad hoc basis.
