Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our Soft FM team based at a housing in Selly Oak, Birmingham. You will perform general cleaning duties to keep communal areas welcoming for residents, including lifts, stairs, courtyards, and windows within reach.

Hours are 9am to 1pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with start times flexible. The role offers local contact with residents and a chance to contribute to safe, clean environments.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
• Experience using cleaning machinery.
• Strong communication skills in order to speak with the residents.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass etc. as per required contract specification.
• Removing any dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
• Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
• Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
• Cleaning windows within easy reach.
