Job summary

The Rank Group plc is hiring a Cleaner to help keep our Beeston venue spotless and welcoming for every guest. You’ll maintain high cleaning standards and follow clear procedures to ensure safety and comfort during busy sessions.

This part-time role covers 12–15 hours per week with paid breaks and opportunities for career development. Training is provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced leisure environment.

Qualifications

• Pride in cleanliness and great attention to detail.
• Reliability, good timekeeping, and ability to work at pace.
• Friendly attitude and strong teamwork.
• Experience in cleaning, hospitality or leisure is helpful but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Venue presentation: maintain high cleaning standards across front of house, back of house and restrooms, ensuring a great first impression.
• Service support: reset areas quickly, keep walkways clear, and ensure cleaning tasks fit smoothly around sessions and customer flow.
• Safety & compliance: follow health & safety, COSHH and hygiene procedures; report hazards and incidents promptly.
• One team mindset: communicate clearly with colleagues and support where needed to keep operations running smoothly.
