Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Cleaner to join our pub team in Barry, Wales. You will play a key role in ensuring guest areas are spotless and welcoming, delivering a high standard of cleanliness with attention to detail.

You’ll work as part of a friendly team, providing reliable service and supporting other staff to ensure smooth operation. We offer flexible and part-time hours, enhanced staff benefits, and opportunities through an award-winning pub company that values people-first policies and career

Qualifications

• Must maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Must be professional and friendly when interacting with guests.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Team player with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties to a high standard in guest areas and back-of-house.
• Ensure cleanliness of public areas, dining spaces, restrooms, and staff areas.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and spills to maintain safety and appearance.
• Assist team to ensure guest areas are well presented at all times.
• Support floor staff and maintain efficient, smooth operation during shifts.
