Job summary

Ritz Recruitment is seeking a reliable Cleaner / Housekeeper to support a busy student accommodation in Aberdeen, AB24. The role focuses on keeping communal kitchens, lounges, bathrooms and hallways spotless and ready for new move-ins.

You will work independently in a friendly environment with structured hours, carrying out inspections, restocking supplies, flagging maintenance issues and supporting deeper cleans as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is required.
• Able to work independently and maintain high standards.
• Experience in student accommodation, hotels, or residential environments is preferred.
• Immediate start available.

Responsibilities

• Keeping communal kitchens, lounges, bathrooms and hallways spotless.
• Refreshing rooms between student move-ins and move-outs.
• Restocking supplies and staying on top of cleaning stock.
• Flagging any maintenance issues quickly.
• Carrying out regular room inspections.
• Supporting with deeper cleans when required.
• Making sure unoccupied flats are secure.
• Moving small mattresses.
