Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a part-time Clean Team Supervisor in Norbury to oversee a team of cleaners and coordinate with the site management team. You will ensure areas of responsibility are covered, that policies and health and safety procedures are followed, and that cleaning products are used correctly.

You will manage stock, update records, and act as the communication link for issues, helping to maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for customers.

• Experience of leading teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Organisational and time-management abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork especially in a service setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cleaners.
• Coordinate with the Site management team.
• Assign areas of responsibility and ensure adherence to policies.
• Ensure safe, clean and pleasant environment for customers.
• Order stock as advised and manage stock levels.
• Update records via computer as required.
• Be the point of contact for reporting problems and liaising with management.
