Job summary

Nuffield Health West Byfleet is seeking a friendly Clean Team Member to help maintain a high standard of cleanliness across our gym facilities. The role focuses on keeping the gym, changing rooms, showers and poolside areas clean, safe and welcoming for members.

You will use cleaning equipment, follow established routines and work with a Team Leader to plan your shifts. A pro-rata salary up to £27,248 per year, for 12.5 hours per week, reflects part-time flexibility and the chance to contribute

Qualifications

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club.
• Care about our customers and take pride in your work.
• Experience in a similar role and follow cleaning processes.
• Use equipment safely (scrubber dryers, rotary machines & carpet cleaners).
• Be responsible for gym, changing rooms, shower & poolside cleaning, waste removal and periodic deep cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare gym areas and facilities to high standards.
• Assist with waste removal and deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to protect customers.
