Overview

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? As a key member of our Customer Lifecycle & Marketing (CLCM) and CRM Business Analytics team, you'll play a critical role in shaping how we engage with customers across their journey. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of our business analytics teams and stakeholders. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a suite of reporting tools, metrics, and resources for all our brands, ensuring that we make data-driven decisions to enhance our customer engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the quality and timeliness of CLCM reporting and MI Dashboard solutions deliverables, ensuring insights are impactful, actionable
  • Highlight risks and opportunities aligned with the business strategy.
  • Work with the Director of CLCM and the Head of CLCM Analytics to conduct and deliver deep-dive analytics projects such as customer segmentation, engagement scoring, churn prediction, and campaign effectiveness
  • Guide the design and deployment of CLCM-focused dashboards and reporting frameworks, enabling execution teams to monitor performance metrics such as retention, acquisition, campaign performance and engagement rates.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists to ensure their insights are presented to business stakeholders in an effective and clear way to ensure data driven decisions are made
Who we are looking for
  • Have experience in developing dashboards and reporting solutions to help make data driven decisions, preferably through Power BI
  • Have validated experience in customer analytics, using large amounts of data to provide insights and recommendations, with experience in presenting highly detailed data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Have excellent understanding of promotional, marketing, operations and analytics methodologies.
  • Have experience in analytics tools, most specifically SQL, Python, and Excel
