Qualifications

• Hold – or be willing to work towards – a recognised Teaching or Assessing qualification.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Waste Management workshop is clean, organised, and compliant with Health and Safety regulations.
• Provide technical and practical support to learners during lessons.
• Set up practical demonstrations and activities alongside the Tutor.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners within the classroom.
• Monitor and maintain waste segregation, recycling systems, and safety procedures.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available and organised for training sessions.
