Worle Community School is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to lead lessons when teachers are away and to support students in- and out-of-classroom. You will guide classes through pre-planned tasks, ensure safety, and maintain momentum in learning during term time.

You will hold GCSE-equivalent qualifications in English and Maths, bring experience with young people, and demonstrate calm multitasking under pressure.

Competenze

• GCSE-equivalent qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Background working with young people.
• Be passionate about student welfare and safety.
• Be an effective multitasker with a calm, professional approach.
• Be proactive and keen to learn new techniques.

• Stepping up to guide classes through structured work left by their teachers, ensuring they stay on task.

• Assist with break-time supervision or provide a quiet space for work when needed.
