The Role

As a Classroom Support Assistant, you are the backbone of the lesson. You aren't expected to teach the class; you are there to facilitate learning.

• The Teacher's Right Hand: Helping set up equipment, hand out resources, and ensure the lesson runs smoothly.
• Floating Support: Moving between tables to check students understand the task and keeping them focused.
• Behaviour Support: Spotting low-level disruption early and using positive reinforcement to keep students on track.
• Small Groups: Listening to readers or helping a small group of children with a specific activity.

Requirements
