This highly respected, popular specialist school is expanding in September 2026 and is looking for nurturing, patient, and committed CSAs to join their secondary team (11-19 years). You will be supporting learners with moderate to severe SEN needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher with the day-to-day running of the class.
Provide support to a small class of 3-7 learners.
Work collaboratively with other TAs to offer specialist support to learners with complex needs.
Support in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons and educational activities.
Support learners with SEN on a 1:1, small group, and whole-class basis.
This is a full-time, role (term-time only), Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-4:00 pm.
